Synergy CEO Recognized as One of NAWBO's Top 10 Women Business Owners in Northeast Ohio

Dr. Rachel Talton has been named a recipient of one of the Top 10 Women Business Owners of Northeast Ohio awards by the Cleveland chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).
This was the 16th year NAWBO Cleveland presented this prestigious award to ten women who have demonstrated excellence, initiative and creativity in business and who have also given back to the community. It is the only award presented exclusively to women business owners by women business owners.
“I am honored to be recognized by NAWBO, such a prestigious and important organization for women in business,” said Dr. Talton. “I must note, however, that this achievement would not have been possible without our tremendous team at Synergy. I couldn’t be more proud of the experience, expertise and passion they bring to every project.”
In early 2009 Dr. Talton co-founded a communications, design, and branding firm called TRUST, LLC, with four award-winning CEOs from Northeast Ohio with expertise in public relations, design, strategy, and leadership development, in addition to her own expertise in marketing research. A core philosophy of TRUST, LLC, is the support of women in business. She designed a program called “Women in Business Invest Forward” whereby TRUST donates $30,000 in strategic marketing/communications services to the contestant who writes the most compelling narrative about using their professional and personal resources to give back to women in business in the following twelve months.
The 2010 NAWBO Top 10 Women Business Owners Award presentation ceremony was held at Executive Caterers, Landerhaven, on April 21, 2010. Event sponsors include Key Bank, Inside Business, The Cleveland Women’s Journal, Ganley Bedford Imports and Kona-Kini Productions.

We define brand holistically – we believe it is the PROMISE to customers, employees and stakeholders that every company makes (for good or for ill).
